As part of our CSR approach, VITABRI attaches great importance to the reduction, sorting and recycling of waste. We have therefore set up an organisation that allows us to reduce, sort and recycle our waste in the canteen on a daily basis.
It is a worm composting machine. It consists of several trays that are successively filled with food scraps and organic waste. Compost worms, called earthworms, are installed in these trays.
