VITABRI is a partner of 1 Marché, 1 Chef, 1 Recette which will take place from 19 to 25 September.
For one week, 20 markets in the Loiret region will be offering gourmet events organised by chefs who will be cooking live recipes using fresh produce available at the markets.
The dishes will then be offered for tasting to the public.
The aim of this operation is to strengthen the link between producers, consumers and restaurant owners in a convivial setting.
